To request for a move, you may choose to:
- Email us at [email protected] Please include your personal details (i.e. full name, contact number) in your email.
- Send the request via NJOI self service. Go to <Support Tickets> and select <Relocation>
Once you have request for a move, one of our agents will contact you within 48 hours to set an appointment. The installers will dismantle your satellite. Please be sure to take your decoder, satellite dish, smartcard, remote control and all other fixtures with you. The installers will reinstall your satellite and all the devices at your new home.
